This policy explains what personal information Halyard Logistics Limited collects when you use this website or ship with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Details you send through our contact and quote forms: your name, email, phone number, company and message.
• Shipment details needed to deliver: sender and recipient names, phone numbers, addresses, and a description of the goods.
• A one-way hash of your IP address when you submit a form, used only to block automated spam. We do not store the address itself.

How we use it

We use this information to price and deliver shipments, contact you about them, answer your questions, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

What the tracking page shows

Anyone with a tracking number can see a shipment's status, cities, and history. Names are shortened to a first name and initial. Phone numbers, street addresses and declared values are never shown on the tracking page.

Who we share it with

Only with people who help us deliver: our riders and drivers, partner carriers for international shipments, and customs authorities where the law requires it. Our website and database are hosted by service providers bound by confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep it

Shipment records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires. Form messages are deleted once they are no longer needed to answer you.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@halyardlogistics.com and we will respond within 30 days.
