Where do I find my tracking number?

It is printed on your waybill and sent to you when we register the shipment. It starts with HLY followed by nine letters and numbers.

How often is tracking updated?

Every time the shipment is scanned: at pickup, at each hub, when it leaves with a rider, and on delivery.

Can you collect from my home or office?

Yes. Request a quote or call us and we will schedule a pickup at the address you choose.

What if nobody is available to receive the delivery?

The rider calls the recipient first. If we cannot deliver, we try again the next business day at no extra charge.

Do you ship goods that need export documents?

Yes. For air and ocean freight our team prepares the export paperwork with you before the shipment leaves.
